Application Process

Binyan specifically serves students with language based learning differences, including dyslexia and other language challenges, mild to moderate ADHD, and executive functioning difficulties who have average to above average intelligence and have not reached their potential levels of success in traditional classroom settings. For the 2024/2025 school year, applications will be accepted for students going into 3rd/4th grade for girls division and 5th/6th grade for the boys division. For the 2025/2026 school year, applications will be accepted for students going into 3rd-5th grade for girls division and 3rd-6th grade for the boys division. Admissions are on a rolling basis and can be submitted at any time, though we encourage you to apply as soon as possible because space is very limited. A thorough application process helps us determine whether our program will meet your child’s needs. The application process begins by filling out the information request form. Once we receive your information request form, a member from our Admission Committee will contact you to set up a pre-admissions meeting.

We require the following materials for an application to be reviewed:

  • Binyan’s application
  • Full neuropsychological or psycho-educational testing report (within the last 12-18 months)
  • 2 years of recent school report cards and progress reports
  • IEP, if applicable
  • Provider Information and Consent form
  • Current photograph of applicant
  • $200 application fee

Once the application and all materials have been submitted, we review the materials to see if the student is a potential match for our program. Parents of potential students will be invited for an interview on a later date. We understand that the application process can be challenging and overwhelming at times, and we are eager to support and assist you through the process. Please feel free to call us at any time with any questions or concerns you may have.
